"These are great poles for the price. The Anti-shock feature is nice when you're going downhill, but can be a pain in the ass if you forget to turn it off. The grips are nice and the design is well thought out. You can grip lower on the handle with out adjusting the length of the pole."

"Bought these for $95. I like the fact that I can turn the shock on and off. These are the Ultralight model. They have gotten great reviews from a couple of backpacking magazines as well. I love my trekking poles. Rei has good products."
